Hello artists! 
Have you always wanted to learn to draw more than a stick person? Or paint a beautiful landscape? In the Fall art course at Muhua Education, you get to do just that! In this course you will learn a new art technique each week and build your artistic skills.

​These are reductive drawings of different objects we will use for still life, it will be part of the drawing techniques.

Week 1: Drawing foundations
-  We will learn how to draw perspective as well as techniques with eraser and shading!
-  Reductive drawing 
- Zentangle art

This is done with washable markers and sharpie, it will be part of the watercolor techniques

 



​Week 2: Watercolour painting
- we will learn how to use more than just a brush for painting with watercolour!
- Salt, sponge, Wet on wet, sgraffito, tape
- Crayon and watercolour flowers

Week 3: Acrylic Painting
- we will learn how to mix our own colours to make a colour wheel!
- complimentary colour landscapes

This is the succulent "art gardens" using mixed media, these are done with pencil drawing, sharpie, watercolor, washable marker and pencil crayon

Week 4: Mixed media 
- we will create our own art gardens using, drawing, watercolour and acrylic paint as well as other mixed mediums!

​Materials for this course:

• Watercolour paper 
• Sketchbook
• HB pencils
• White eraser
• Ruler
• Acrylic paints (Dollarama) 

            Red, Yellow, Blue, white and Black

• A paint palette (or empty yoghurt container lid will do!)
• Paint brushes 
• Water container (or empty yoghurt container)
• An apron
